Happy Sweets Day
Look what I made for my Valentine's this year. A friend gave me the recipe. Chocolate Truffles: Crushed up Oreos mixed with cream cheese and dipped in light and dark chocolate - a heart attack in a box. They turned out yummy delicious. How do I know? I had to sample them again, and again, and again. This box was for Bruce and the kids each got a little bag. I don't believe they were too happy with just several in a bag, but they can share with their dad (that is if he hasn't shared them all with me).

We've made those truffles and they are DELICIOUS! I really want to make some but can't seem to pull myself away from all of the sugar cookies we made. Serious sugar overload!
um AmazinG! I need that recipe. I remember you and Uncle Bruce making chocolate deliciousness fancy shmancy stuff like that in your apartment in Utah...I wish I was your valentine. :)
