Everything was dusted in white this morning. We received another inch of snow last night. So I decided to incorporate the snow theme into the birthday treats. They turned out yummy. We made double the batch so we could all enjoy them too. We are just getting in the creating mode for this weekend. The girls want one monster cake; 4 layer whopper cake. We made it last year but only did two layers. Parker wants cheese cake. It will be a sweet weekend.

Birthday celebrations abound this week! Happy Birthday to all my favorite peeps. I'm so looking forward to the day when Erin requests cheesecake for her birthday. No more fun-fetti.
