Never to Old to Learn Something NEW

Did you know you that a potato produces electricity? And I eat these? I should be powering my house with them.

Did you know Coke and Mentos makes quite an explosion?
We learned Diet Coke works better...but anyways...Why are we spending all this money on fireworks for the 4th?

That you can make a sunset in a jar with a flashlight and milk? go figure

That no matter what science project your 13 year old son is doing he can always find other ways to use the materials..."if a lemon will light up a light bulb will it LIGHT Parker up?"

One Saturday, four science projects completed, One Happy Mom.

I think my education sucked! I never did any cool things!

Who knew?? Why do boys have to test materials in such atypical ways. I can't wait until Brad is 13 years old. He also has 2 red headed uncles that have already taught him a few wayward tricks.

Is that the first bottle of Coke that you've ever bought? Would you mind moving back to Utah in a few years so that you can help kmy kids with their science projects? These kind of things drive me nuts.

WOW, What awsome experments. Write and tell us how you did all those fun experments. It looks like you had a lot of fun doing them. When you did the coke experment did you get all wet from the coke going all over? How did you find out that potatoes can make electricity and what did you have it hooked up to? Parker, did it light you up or just give you a little charge? Thanks for sharing those pictures of the parties. It really looked like you all had a great time. Boy, those cakes really looked yummy, did everyone eat lots of cake? We love you all.
