Let It Snow?

(just outside our front door) The only reason we did not make it to Oregon......SNoW!!! Don't get me wrong. We love SnOW. Just not right now! Wouldn't it be nice if we could pick and choose the weather? With icy conditions, closure of many roads and a dismal forecast we did the only safe thing and stayed home, which none of us are happy about. We are sooooo missing all of our family in Oregon, Bruce's brothers wedding and all of the cousins.

Well there's not much else we can do but play in it....
and shovel it.

the snow looks beautiful! We really miss you guys. It is strange not having your family here because you always try so hard to come to everything. We know you would be here if you could : ). I'm glad you are home safe.

Sorry to hear that you weren't able to make it. You could always come here instead! Although i'm not convinced the roads are any better. i haven't left my house in a few days.

The snow looks amazing.

Snow is always so fun when you can be safe and get warm again whenever you want.

If you ever want to get out of it you should come on down, the weather is fine!

I thought we were leaving the white stuff when we went to Utah but it just followed us and stayed the whole time. Sorry you weren't able to make it to Oregon:( You're going to have to share some blogging secrets on how you get all of those pictures clumped on a 5x7 size picture. I absolutely love the picture of your front door. Oh Yeah and most importantly-HAPPY BIRTHDAY TODAY!!!

Were you "blog-stocking" me???? LOL!!! Cute blog :) How do you get your pictures to look like Christmas cards? You'll have to teach me. Sorry you didn't make it to Oregon. Looks like you had fun at home though. Happy Holidays :)

The weather is so crazy. We had two feet of snow before Christmas. Then Sunday it got warm and the snow was almost all melted by the time we got out of church.
Yesterday it was 54 degrees and rained throughout the night. We went back to bed this morning and it was still raining and when we got back up everything was white and it is still snowing.
Have a Happy Holiday!
Love Colette

Well, Looks like the drought might be over. Snow is a great thing when you have nothing else to do but to stay inside or to ski or play in the snow. "come what may and Love it." Enjoy 2009. Love You All. Gram and Grampa.
